SolidFact makes sure that your data is only accesible to users that are entitled to view the data. On startup of SolidFact, the below window is displayed to request a user to enter a username and a password.

In the User Management module, the option “Automatic Logon” can be selected. If this option is selected, a check is done whether the Windows user is the same as the SolidFact user. IF this is the case, the logon screen is not displayed. 

If someone wants to logon with an other user, the <SHIFT> button has to be pushed during the launch of SolidFact.
